At Bristol Myers Squibb, Change is the New Normal...

Fontainebleau | CEDEP | Bristol Myers Squibb | Change as the New Normal | 40 executives of BMS are regularly invited to attend a 4 day programme led by Dr Thomas Hellwig (Insead prof of leadership and head of the Fontainebleau hospital emergency team). The programme aims at getting a breath of fresh new inspiration to tackle the challenges of our new world. Great to see so many scientists ready to put aside their cartesian logic and taylorist views for a while and accept to be challenged for the sake of future efficiency. Being 'a regular' of the programme, Xtof delivered the 1 day workshop around change and transformation, seen for an organisational viewpoint ... great time for Transformation!
